Kebbi Commissioner of Police doctorates 158 Inspectors of Police promoted to ASP, receives POWA Chairperson

The Kebbi State Commissioner of Police, CP. Samuel Titus Musa, psc on 15th August, 2023 decorated newly promoted ASPs with their new ranks at the state Headquarters, Birnin Kebbi. This is coming days after the recent approved Promotion by the Management of Nigeria Police Force and the Police Service Commission to Inspectors with requisite experience and years of dedicated service.

The Kebbi state Police Public Relations Officer SP Nafiu Abubakar in a Press release to Newsmen in Birnin kebbi says a total of 158 Inspectors from Kebbi Command were Promoted to their new rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police. The promotees were charged by the Commissioner of Police to uphold the tenets of Professionalism and dedication to their duties. 

In another development, during a courtesy visit at the state headquarters Birnin Kebbi, the Chairperson of the Police Officer's wives Association (POWA) Kebbi State Chapter, Mrs Clarabel Samuel  Commended the efforts of the Commissioner of Police Kebbi State for prioritizing the welfare of Officers and Providing them with requisite logistics in carrying out their duties especially the recent acquisition of Armoured Personnel Carrier and other Police Patrol vehicles among other things. 

 The Commissioner of Police appreciated the gesture and pledged more as regards the welfare of personnel in order to enhance their performance.
