KEBBI CHIEF JUDGE INAUGURATES ELECTION TRIBUNAL.

Kebbi State Chief Judge, Justice Suleiman Ambrusa on Friday inaugurated a nine man Electoral Tribunal to handle cases of petitions after the the Local Council Election from any agrieve contestants.
Justice Ambrusa shortly after administering and path of office to members of the Tribunal urged them to be fair delight and be above board in discharge of their duties.
He noted that the Council election is a crucial one since it is anchored on the grassroots governance being the third tier of government in Nigeria.
The members of the Inaugurated Tribal consisted of three members with a chairman to handle petitions from Chairmanship, three members with a Chairman to handle petitions from Coubillorship and three members for Appeal which is headed by a judge of the high court.
Members of the Tribal were drawn from the State high court and as well as the State sharia Courts respectively.
