Duba illar gishiri ga zuciyar dan Adam

Cin gishiri a cikin abinci ko abun sha fiye da ƙima na iya kawo hawan jini. Sannan hawan jini na da haɗarin kawo cutar zuciya.

Gidauniyar kula da zuciya ta Birtaniya ta ƙayyade yawan gishirin da ya kamata mutum ya ci a rana cewa ya zamanto ƙasa da ma'aunin giram shida (<6g) wato kwatankwacin cokali guda kenan kawai. (Wannan kuma ya haɗa da gishirin da ake zubawa yayin girki).

Sai dai an lura cewa kaso uku cikin huɗu(3/4) na yawan gishirin da ake ci ba a sanin an ci. saboda ana zuba gishirin ne tun lokacin da ake sarrafa abinci ko abinsha. Saboda haka abu ne mai matuƙara wahala ka iya gane yawan gishirin da ka sha a kowacce rana.

Bugu da ƙari, abubuwan da ke danƙareda gishiri sun haɗa da: nau'o'in magi(musamman farin magi), burodi, kek, yagwat, lemukan gwangwani/roba, sarrafaffen abinci da ke zuwa a leda, gwangwani ko roba, da dai sauransu.

Domin ƙauracewa matsalar gishiri ana iya amfani da barkono ko sauran jinsinsa, kayan ƙanshi, ciyayi/ganyayyaki, tafarnuwa, albasa, ruwan lemon fata, da sauransu domin samar da ɗanɗanon abinci.

Fara rage cin gishiri a yau domin kaucewa hawan jini ko ciwon zuciya gobe.
