    Kalar abinci da abubuwa 7 da suke jawo matsalar Hanta


    Bincike ya nuna cewa Hantar ɗan Adam tana aiki daban-daban sama da 500 domin dai gangar jiki ta zauna lafiya 

    Amma idan hantar mutum ta fara samun matsala, wasu alamomi irinsu tashin zuciya ko kwarnafi, amai da gudawa da kuma rashin ɗanɗano a baki da sauransu ka iya bayyana. Sai dai kuma yawaita shan irin wadannan magunguna ka iya haifar da illa ga hanta, saboda haka kafin shansu sai a tuntubi likita.

     3 - Lemon kwalba (Soft Drinks)

    6 - Sarrafaffen abinci (Fast food)
