The commandant Nigeria Security And Civil Defense Corps Kebbi state Command, Kabiru Abubakar Alkalawa, had officially decleared training of Rayhaan Alert Security corps open at the command headquarters Birnin kebbi, Friday 15tg, September, 2023.
The commandant said Rayhaan Alert Security is the first indigenous private security company ever existed in the history of Kebbi state.
Two hundred and sixty trainees had been enrolled in the training program by Rayhaan Alert Security.

In his opening remarks for the training program at the command headquarters premises, the Commadant said:
"In line with NSCDC act 2003 and 2007 as altered, today we're witnessing the execution of one of our core mandate, which is training of the private guard companies.
The trainees were thoroughly screened, and scrutinized by NSCDC personnel and management of Rayhaan Alert Security company, to ensure that the prospective applicants are free from any criminal records and are physically and mentally fit to do the job.

At this juncture, let me call on the trainees to avail themselves on the opportunities of this training in learning the necessary skills needed and other rudimentary aspect of the task ahead .
I further urge you to be disciplined while on training as well as in your carrier after the passing out parade.
At the end of this exercise, you'll be awarded in both character and leaning . I therefore charge you to obey your instructors, be law abiding, and of good behaviour. You should also take your training with utmost seriousness.

To this end, on behalf of the commandant general of NSCDC Dr. Ahmed Abubakar Audi, Phd, mni, I decleare this training open". He said.
In his remarks, the CEO of Rayhaan Alert Security Alh. Bello Ali (Commandant NSCDC Rtd), charged the trainees to be of good character and of security value to Kebbi state. He said Rayhaan Alert Security is complimenting the effort of Kebbi state government to reduce unemployment among the youths in the state amongst others.
