Kebbi veteran Journalist Muhammad Salisu Shatima has been laid to rest in Birnin kebbi, Thursday morning 10th August, 2023. He died at the Federal Medical Centre Birnin kebbi, after a protracted illness.
He last served at News and Current Affairs Department of Kebbi Television, and KBTV correspondent attached to Kebbi Ministry of Health.
He is survived by his Father and Mother, including relatives. Shatima will be remembered for his dedication to work, impeccable open mindedness, sincerity, and altruistic generosity.
Kebbi Media Personality and Blogger, Malam Isyaku Garba Zuru, described Shatima's death as " A loss of great asset in contemporary Journalism in Kebbi state".
