Wife of the Kebbi State Governor, Hajia Zainab Nasir idris has reaffirmed the commitment of her husband towards providing dividends of democracy to the people of the state, particularly women and youths.
This is contained in a Press elease signed by Khadija Sa'idu, Press Secretary to the wife of Kebbi State Governor.
She stated this shortly after her arrival from Saudi Arabia at the Sultan Abubakar International Airport Sokoto.
She said that her trip to Saudi Arabia was successful and prayed to Almighty Allah to accept it as an act of ibada. While thanking the people of Kebbi for their support and cooperation to the present administration under her husband, Dr. Nasir Idris, the governor's wife prayed for a successful tenure.
Responding to questions from Newsmen concerning her meeting with UFUK Dialogue, Near Foundation and the Nigerian Tulip International Colleges (NTIC), Zainab Idris expressed commitment towards partnership that will enhance the lives of Kebbi state people. The Governor's Wife described the meeting as a positive way of bringing positives changes to the state.
She said "the meeting was aimed at driving the community development initiatives that would focus on enhancement of education, health and economic development in Kebbi State"
