KEBBI GOVT. DONATES N50 MILLION TO HISBAH.

The Kebbi State government has approved the release of N50 million to the societal ills correctional organization Board otherwise known as HISBAH.
This is contained in a Press Statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Babale Umar Yauri, and made available to newsmen in Birnin Kebbi this Wednesday.
The release of the fund according to the statement, is in fulfillment of the pledge made by the Governor, Abubakar Atiku Bagudu during the 20th Anniversary celebration and Appeal Fund of Hisbah in Kebbi State.
The statement further says, the gesture by the Governor is aimed at enhancing the operations of Hisbah as well as in recognition of the immeasurable contribution of the body to social welfare services and fighting societal ills.
