Babban kamfanin sadarwa na wayar salula na Nijeriya, MTN Nigeria Communications Plc, ya ba da sanarwar biyan kyautaye ga masu amfani da kamfanin don cike gibin matsalar da ta afku ga hanyoyin sadarwar na ranar Asabar.
A ranar Asabar, 9 ga Oktoba, 2021, masu hulda da MTN Nigeria sun fuskanci awanni da yawa na katsewar hanyoyin sadarwa.
“Injiniyoyin mu sun gano musabbabin matsalar, kuskuren na’u’ra ce ta maida duk kwastomomi masu 4G zuwa rukunin 3G.Hakan tasa rukunin 3G ya cika, sai ya haifar da Katsewar duk hanyoyin sadarwar.” Inji Babban Jami’in gudanarwa na MTN.
Kamfanin ya sanar da cewa, ya maido wa abokan huldar sa kudin kira da Data da suka yi amfani da su tsakanin 12 na rana zuwa 7 na yamma na ranar Asabar, 16 ga Oktoba, 2021.
Babban jami’in gudanarwa na MTN Nigeria, Olutokun Toriola, ya sake neman afuwa ga abokan huldar Kamfanin, inda ya bayyana cewa ana gudanar da sabbin matakai don guje wa maimaita irin wannan matsalar.
