Lawyer representing Onyebuchi Okafor in a case against commissioner of police, commissioner of justice and Kebbi state Hisbah, Thursday 23/9/2021 at Federal high court B/kebbi says they have no interest to continue with the case.
Government Lawyer Barrister Nuraddeen Muhammad has informed the Judge that they don't have interest to countiniue with the case.
Therefore they are requesting the Judge to sitrike out the case as they are not willing to countiniue with the case.
When contacted by the Judge, the defendant concil Barrister A R Aminu of the State ministry of Justice says he has no objection about the request by Onyebuchi. Therefore, the Judge strike out the case immediately.
