AMFANIN GANYEN KUKA GA LAFIYAR JIKI

Ganyen kuka na dauke da sinadarai da dama wadanda ke inganta lafiyar jiki wadanda suka hada da ‘Vitamin C’, ‘Vitamin A’, ‘Beta Carotene’, ‘Potassium’, ‘Calcium’ da saura da dama.
Ya na inganta lafiya ta hanyoyi da dama haka kuma ya na magance matsaloli iri iri da ka iya samun mutum na yau da kullum. Ga kadan daga cikin amfanin da Ganyen kuka ke da shi:
  1. Ya na magance tari da taruwar majina a kirji
  2. Ya na rage yawan zufa kamar yadda wasu turarukan zamani ke yi
  3. Ya na rage ciwon Asthma da na koda da na madaciya
  4. Ya na rage gajiya da kumburi
  5. Ya na rage radadin cizon kwari
  6. Ya na magance tsutsar ciki
Sai dai kuma busar da ganyen kuka a rana kamar yadda muke yi na rage ma sa sinadarai da akalla kaso 50 cikin dari. An fi son a busar a inuwa.
